Installation options

As a company, Nu-Heat has always believed that customer support is vital to a successful installation. Whether a self-builder, a first-time professional plumber or an experienced underfloor heating engineer, we offer a comprehensive installation support service. And, because Nu-Heat systems are easy to install, no previous experience or specialist tools are required.

Installation manuals

Comprehensive and copiously illustrated, Nu-Heat’s award-winning installation manuals are designed to be user-friendly, covering all system types, floor constructions, heat sources and wiring configurations. A set of manuals is supplied with every system and they are available to download from the online library.

Installation dvd

A free No-Nonsense Guide to Underfloor Heating DVD is available for those installing the system for the first time. Designed to support the manuals, it gives a practical step-by-step demonstration of a standard installation and can be ordered from here.

Online Knowledgebase

Free and online to all Nu-Heat customers, the Nu-Heat Knowledgebase is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply search the Knowledgebase for advice and an instant answer.

Telephone support

No matter how good the supporting literature, there may be times when it is better to speak to someone. Nu-Heat Customer Support Engineers have unrivalled experience in underfloor heating and related products and are happy to answer any questions which may arise.

User Guides

Available for the first and subsequent owners of the property, The Nu-Heat User Guide explains how to get the best from the system. It is written with those with little, or no experience of underfloor heating in mind. A User Guide is provided with every system and is also available online (click here).

NB: The boiler installation should only be performed by a suitably qualified and registered engineer. Electrical circuits must be installed by a competent person or, failing that, notified before commencement to your local Building Authority and subsequently inspected by a competent person.
