EnergyMaster Cylinder

Nu-Heats integrated Thermal Store cylinder. A thermal store, such as the EnergyMaster, contains a volume of water which is maintained at temperature (typically around 70°C). This energy can then be used either for heating, or for domestic-hot-water generation. The benefit is that once the heating is up to temperature it can draw off a small amount of heat to keep itself topped up. The boiler will not fire until a significant amount of energy is used, and so the boiler will be able to fire for a reasonable period at full burn, rather than cycling inefficiently.
