Low Voltage

Low voltage refers to any voltage less than the 230v mains.



Boilers may have low-voltage or no-volt contacts, and it is important that the correct voltage is applied to the call for heat terminal.




Nu-Heat Deluxe Programmable thermostats are low voltage (12v) and should be wired using CAT5 FTP cable to connect to the Optiflo LV wiring board if the optional central touchscreen and remote interface are specified, or may be added in future.
