Combination Boiler


combination or 'combi' boiler instantaneously heats up the incoming mains water to provide hot water.
No hot water cylinder is required when using a combi boiler, however most models only provide a flow rate up to 14 litres/minute.

For these reasons a combi boiler is typically only specified in smaller properties with limited space and modest hot water requirements. The modest flow rate will result in pressure drops if showers and other appliances are calling for water simultaneously.
