When Mr and Mrs Kendall wanted to ‘down size’ from their existing property and embark on a renovation project, they bought a listed barn that only had four walls. It was described as a ‘complete wreck’ when they purchased it, however the couple thought it would be ‘a nice project to complete in retirement’.
