Mr and Mrs B feel extremely lucky. Over two years ago they were given a piece of land by Mr B’s mother, which enabled the couple to build their dream home. They worked full time whilst completing the project, but are agrred that all of the hard work was “worth it” as they are now the proud owners of a comfortable new home.
Research began with the couple looking through self-build publications. They were searching for ideas that would make
their home comfortable to live in and choosing the right home heating system was high on the agenda.
Mr and Mrs B state that they found radiator based heating “unsatisfactory”, which led the couple to warm water underfloor heating. They conducted background research, contacting a number of companies to establish the best product, service and price.
Asked the reasons behind the the couple’s decision to have Nu-Heat underfloor heating fitted in their property, Mrs B
commented:
“It was an easy decision. After talking to the sales team at Nu-Heat, then comparing the advice and information we were given from other suppliers, Nu-Heat came across as the most informative and professional.”

“At the beginning of the project we explained to Nu-Heat that we were a bit nervous about the whole process. Nu-Heat spent time explaining their system in full and answered all of our questions. Afterwards, we felt really confident we were doing the right thing.”
“We decided to fit the system ourselves and were assured by Nu-Heat that technical backup was available, should we need it. During installation, we talked to both Nu-Heat’s technical department and their sales team; both offered helpful advice. We found the installation process so easy that we have been known to describe the process as ‘a piece of cake’.”
“Nu-Heat never let us down. In fact, I think it’s fair so say Nu-Heat go the extra mile. For example, it was just before Christmas and the project’s pace was really starting to pick up. We were ready to start installing the underfloor heating, but had misplaced one of the components. We knew there was little chance it would get to us in time, due to Christmas post, so Nu-Heat met my husband halfway – they literally got in the car and drove the part to us! I don’t think there are many companies out there that would have gone to such lengths to help a customer.”
