Lloyd Fleming has been a Nu-Heat registered installer for a year and readily promotes underfloor heating to customers. With a number of projects under his belt, Lloyd explains why he recommends Nu-Heat.

Asked why he promotes underfloor heating, Lloyd replied, “It’s simple really – people are becoming savvier when it comes to interior design. People are starting to take note, with more and more asking about underfloor heating. It’s important the heating and plumbing industry offer an alternative to radiators – underfloor heating releases much needed wall space and most radiators are considered an eyesore. Because it is tucked out of the way under the floor, homeowners are able to arrange furniture where they like, without big bulky metal obstructions.”
“Instead of heat being generated from a small surface area at high temperatures, I am able to offer a large surface area running at lower temperatures. My customers appreciate the economical advantages of this and look forward to cheaper fuel bills.”
Asked if Lloyd has experienced any issues as a Nu-Heat registered installer, he commented, “The only problem is getting customers to believe that underfloor heating is a better way to heat the home. Some of my clients think there is a catch involved and that it won’t do what’s promised. In these instances I refer customers to Nu-Heat’s website and tell them about the extensive warranty offered by Nu-Heat. This usually puts their minds at rest and they are happy to go ahead.”
