The role involves the generation and handling of customer leads sourced from web, phone and prospectively via database and other means, to maintain our Strategy of new and existing business. The ideal candidate will possess qualities of high organisational skills, good communication and strong customer telephone manner in order to generate Sales Opportunities with an extensive client base. A knowledge of underfloor heating, heat pumps or the build process would be ideal but training will be provided for the right candidate
