Yutaki heat pump
Green minded homeowners can reduce their heating bills as well as save energy by installing a new air source heat pump called the Yutaki, manufactured by Hitachi.
The perfect solution for modern homes, the Yutaki can save homeowners up to 30% on heating costs as well as reduce CO2 emissions by up to 50% compared to boiler-led systems – welcome news with winter approaching and during difficult economic times.
The heat pump works by converting the latent energy in the air into useful heat. Put simply, every 1 kilowatt of electricity used to power the heat pump is capable of providing up to 3 kilowatts of extra free energy in a well-insulated home – reducing heating bills. It’s controlled by weather-compensation sensors that adjust according to the difference between inside and outside temperatures – reducing energy wastage.
Yutaki is simple to use and install. It is operated through a user-friendly wireless programmable thermostat.
The heat pump works well with different types of heating systems such as traditional radiators and underfloor heating and can contribute to the domestic hot water. The great news is that it doesn’t take up any space inside the home as it’s installed outside.
Yutaki comes with a five-year warranty and is available through Nu-Heat on 0800 731 1976
