Servicing a Heat Pump

Customers needing their Nu-Heat systems serviced can now benefit from a simple, automated internet facility to find their nearest service partner.

Customers can simply access this information via Nu-Heat’s website www.nu-heat.co.uk/ServiceMap.html, enter the location and the map will indicate the nearest service partner. When the customer clicks on the ‘contact’ link they are directed to a form to fill in, that is then sent directly. Nu-Heat requires every service partner to respond to an enquiry within 2 days.

Our service partners are Nu-Heat registered installer (RI) -  fully trained, experienced heating engineers who, although not employed by Nu-Heat, have proven expertise and high standards of working with Nu-Heat’s products, including underfloor heating, solar thermal, heat pumps and fully integrated systems.
