All systems are supplied with fully illustrated, award winning, installation manuals and installation DVD.

Free technical support from experienced underfloor heating and renewables experts capable of providing instant help should any unexpected on-site issues arise is available by telephone or email during office hours.

For professional installers, Nu-Heat also runs one-day training courses in its own system and three-day courses accredited by NICEIC at the National Renewables Training Centre in Devon.

Where a heat pump or solar thermal system is being fitted the installer must be approved under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) if the owner of the equipment wants to apply for payments from the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) or Premium Payment schemes. Nu-Heat can supply details of approved installers in your area. Under the Building Regulations all electrical work will need to be done by a Part P compliant electrician.

Nu-Heat Registered Installers

Nu-Heat maintains a register of trained installers throughout the UK and will be happy to make a recommendation for your area.

The names of local installers are available on request. If you would like an estimated installation cost please let us know when you request a quotation. We provide an installation guide price based on the average installer price per hour in your postal code and the number of man-hours that the system should take to install.

If you accept the installation guide price we will find a suitable installer to meet your needs; this can also include any additional plumbing work if required. The installer will be advised of the installation guide price.

Please note: Nu-Heat will only supply installer information if the installation guide price in your underfloor heating quotation has been accepted.
