Free technical support from experienced underfloor heating and renewables experts capable of providing instant help should any unexpected on-site issues arise is available by telephone or email during office hours.

Please note that under the Building Regulations all electrical work will need to be done by a Part P compliant electrician.

Where a heat pump or solar thermal system is being fitted the installer must be approved under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) if the owner of the equipment wants to apply for payments from the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme.

For professional installers, Nu-Heat also runs one-day training courses in its own system and three-day courses accredited by NICEIC at the National Renewables Training Centre in Devon. We can also provide direct training on site for groups of installers working on larger projects.

For multiple development projects our contracts manager and his team are available to visit sites to ensure that your chosen installers fit Nu-Heat systems quickly and efficiently.
