Role description:

This role leads and assumes overall accountability for Customer Satisfaction, Operational Business Performance and Health, Safety & Environment. The GM will set the strategic direction and future targets of the business and formulate business plans to meet these objectives.

The General Manager will be driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency balancing quality in our industry leading design output, customer service and lifetime technical support.

  • Design Services: to drive capacity and capability of our fulfilment team to deliver customer satisfaction and accelerated growth at optimal speed and efficiency.
  • Supply Chain: to drive and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through distribution, purchasing and customer support, facilitating growth in sales and business value.
  • Technical Services: to drive industry leading technical service, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction which actively reinforces Nu-Heat’s reputation and value add.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: to drive, promote and maintain the health, safety and environment culture at Nu-Heat
