We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.
We shall process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. For the purposes of this Agreement Data Protection Legislation means: (A) before 25 May 2018: the Data Protection Act 1998; and (B) from 25 May 2018: (i) unless and until the GDPR is no longer directly applicable in the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK and then (ii) any successor legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not share your personal data outside of the recruiting teams and for the explicit purpose of your application(s).
We will hold your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process and for a period of up to 1 year after at which point all of your data will be deleted.
We will not contact you about any other recruitment unless we have gained your consent to do so.
