Christmas and New Year opening hours
Our office will be closed over the festive period, from 5pm Thursday 22nd December until 8am Tuesday 3rd January. Details of our technical support cover and delivery information can be found below.
Christmas technical support
We run an emergency support service during the office closure. To use this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your project reference (QR) and details of the problem. One of our engineers will pick up your support ticket and either respond by email or call you, if required.
Our Technical Support Team will be available on the following dates and times during our office closure:
Friday 23rd December – 12pm – 5pm
Wednesday 28th December – 2pm – 5pm
Thursday 29th December – 2pm – 5pm
Friday 30th December – 2pm – 5pm
If you require urgent technical support, please contact your installer/plumber as they will be able to visit your property to assess the situation.
The last despatch date before Christmas is Thursday 22nd December.
The last pallet deliveries will be despatched on Thursday 22nd December. For items despatched on this day:
- Next day delivery will be on the 23rd December
- Economy delivery will be on the 28th December
- 72 hour delivery will be on the 29th December
- Saturday delivery is available for the AM only on the 24th December
The last collection date for parcel deliveries is Thursday 22nd December. Next day delivery will be on Friday 23rd December.
