Nu-Heat supplies a comprehensive 25 year product warranty in relation to the faultless condition and durability of Fastflo® tubing.

In addition, for the first 10 years of this period, starting from the date of installation, Fastflo tube is covered by a third party product liability insurance provided by Zurich Insurance.

During this period, in the unlikely event of failure, Nu-Heat will bear all expenses incurred by laying bare and removing the defective products, installing replacement product and restoring the building to its prior condition. Nu-Heat will also cover damage to persons and property resulting from the failure.
