Minimising Floor Height Buildup

Screed Information
British Standard 8204, NHBC and Building Regulations all state that sand and cement screeds laid on insulation should be at least 65mm thick.

Using a pumped liquid screed is the best way of achieving a lower build-up (down to 50mm).
