Nu-Heat prides itself on delivering excellent customer service, and we record all feedback to help us continue to improve.
Whilst we do all we can to make sure everything runs smoothly, we recognise that things can sometimes go wrong. If you have had a bad experience, we want to do all we can to make things right as quickly as possible.
If you choose to make a complaint, we will do all we can to put things right there and then.
In instances where we are unable to resolve your complaint within one working day, a senior member of our team will take responsibility for finding a solution and will contact you by the end of the following working day. We will always let you know who is resolving your complaint and provide you with their contact details.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can report the matter to either Trading Standards or Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) as appropriate.
