UFH systems for new builds
Screed UFH systems, such as ClipTrack®, tend to be the most popular solution for new build projects. This is because they are easy to install as part of the routine build process.
Tight build schedule? Innovative FastDeck® is a unique UFH system for new builds that offers a completely dry installation, saving around 60 days of on-site time.
Here’s a list of Nu-Heat UFH systems commonly used in new build projects:

UFH systems for renovations
The most popular UFH systems for renovation projects tend to be low profile, ‘floating’ options, meaning they can be installed directly on top of an existing floor. This saves considerable expense and time as the floor can remain intact.
A key consideration when choosing a retrofit UFH system is heat output. This is something we will be able to advise you on.
Here’s a list of Nu-Heat UFH systems most commonly used in renovation projects:

Nu-Heat’s award-winning range of retrofit UFH systems are simply laid over the floor and offer impressive heat outputs.

UFH systems for upstairs
Nu-Heat offers a range of UFH systems suited to installing on first/joisted floors. You can either choose to fit the UFH so that it is hidden within the ceiling, or select a solution that is laid on top of the floor deck.
Here’s a list of Nu-Heat UFH systems most commonly used in first floor/joisted floor installations:
ClippaPlate®
ClippaPlate® offers a flexible and safe installation with the option of being installed from below, before the ceiling is fitted, or from above, straddling the joists. The heating tube is held flush against the floor deck for an effective heat transfer.
