Terms & conditions

1. By completing the Survey, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
2. We assume that by completing the Survey (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over.
3. Nu-Heat will select first prize, second prize and third prize winners at random.
4. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (at our sole discretion) if we have grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.
5. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Survey Prize Draw, in our sole discretion we may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
6. Only one entry per person per Survey is allowed and any entrant who enters more than the permitted maximum will be disqualified. Where a winner has been selected and we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than one entry, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these rules.
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using technologies to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of ‘brute force’, ‘script’ or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
8. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Survey. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
9. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted and there is no obligation to feedback on any entry.
10. The entrant must have obtained permission of any people featured as subjects in the entries, who are clearly identifiable in the image.
11. Entry open to UK residents only. The email address you provide with your Survey entry may be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct.
12. Contact details will need to be provided, including the entrant’s name, telephone number or email address. Personal details will only be used for the purpose of contacting winners. These details will not be published or provided to anyone outside of Nu-Heat without the entrant’s permission.
13. We reserve the right to cancel this initiative or alter any of the rules at any stage.
14. We cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside our control.
15. Survey Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within 14 days of the closing date specified in the Survey. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. There shall be no right of appeal.
16. Survey Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified in the Survey. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
17. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the Survey. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
18. Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
19. Prizes are awarded at our sole discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
20. We reserve the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
21. In consideration of us agreeing to consider entrants to the Survey, each entrant hereby agrees that we may make use of the information provided in all entries available whether now or in the future.
22. Your entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you.
23. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Survey or as a result of accepting any prize.
