- Request on-site support: Take advantage of site visits from your local rep for industry-leading support to address any queries you or your customers may have.
Step 2 – Design & delivery
- We develop your bespoke design: Factoring in building materials, glazing, and insulation, we calculate precise heat losses, for guaranteed performance.
- We handle all BUS & MCS paperwork: Tired of chasing paperwork? As one of the top 4 Boiler Upgrade Scheme applicants in the UK, we handle designing to MCS standards and sort out BUS applications, saving you time and admin hassle.
- Get everything you need, when you need it: We ensure your complete system arrives in-line with your schedule. In addition to the materials you need, your delivery will also include a comprehensive handover pack and a clear installation manual for complete project support.
Step 3 – Installation support
- We take care of sign-off and commissioning: Our commitment extends beyond delivery. Your local technical support engineer will take care of on-site commissioning and MCS sign-off, ensuring a smooth completion.
- Utilise your handover pack for ultimate customer support: Once you’ve finished the job, simply pass your handover pack on to your customer to explain how the system works and give them access to our ongoing support.
- Lifetime technical support directly to your customers: Enjoy peace of mind knowing we provide lifetime technical support directly to your customer, freeing you up to focus on your next client.
